Keep your Vinyl or ProLast™ cover in tip-top condition. The Jacuzzi® Cover Cleaner, suitable for hot tub or swim spa covers helps to keep your cover clean and shiny as well protecting from the outside elements. 

Using this premium silicone based solution regularly will help to prolong the life of your cover and protecting your investment. It is specially formulated to protect against UV light and moisture which are two of the biggest causes that prematurely ages covers. 

250ml spray bottle. We advise to use every couple of months. Formulated especially for Jacuzzi® hot tub and swim spa covers for superior cleaning - the Jacuzzi® Difference.  

How to clean your cover

Simply use a hosepipe to spray away any elements from your cover. Then simply wipe and dry with a soft damp cloth. Simply spray the Jacuzzi® Cover Cleaner with a soft damp cloth across all areas of your cover. 

How often should the Jacuzzi® Cover Cleaner be used?

It is recommended that the cover cleaner should be used at least over 3 months or whenever the cover starts to get a build up of dirt and debris. Using regularly will prevent any build up of stubborn grime and helps to maintain cleanliness whilst also keeping your cover protected against the elements and UV damage.

WHAT ARE OUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control, some orders may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery dates.

We recognise that now, more than ever people want things fast, so we offer next-day delivery as our standard service.

Standard Next Business Day Delivery - Orders Place Before 3pm

  • £5.99 for orders under £30, FREE delivery for orders over £30
  • SMS delivery notifications and tracking
  • Please note - orders placed after 3pm Friday and before 3pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesdays.

48 - 96hr Delivery on Covers

For larger items such as hot tub covers the shipping time will be between 48 and 96 hours. Customers will receive an SMS by 7pm the day prior to delivery and again on departure of our delivery vehicle. This second SMS will also include a tracking link and expected window of arrival.

How do I return an order?

Please follow the below process for any returns:

  1. Complete the returns form that can be found within your delivery packaging, including a reason for your return
  2. Attach the prepaid postage label to send your item back for FREE
  3. Make sure the product is packaged as it arrived to you and items have not been opened or used
  4. Take your return package to the local collection point by following the steps on the prepaid returns label.
  5. All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department
  6. Refunds should be processed no longer than 7 working days after we receive the item. A full refund will be applied to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item. 


What about my Statutory Rights?

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
