Our exclusive ProLast™ cover protects your Jacuzzi® swim spa for longer by protecting your swim spa against the elements. Over time, covers can become saturated with water and tears or rips are more likely to occur over time. This may affect its ability to retain heat. Covers are designed to help insulate your swim spa to retain as much heat as possible, and also help your swim spa to warm up faster, using less energy and saving money in the long run.
We supply Jacuzzi® swim spa ProLast™ Covers - please check your swim spa model and the manufacturing date to ensure the cover is right for your product.
Jacuzzi® ProLast™ Covers are made from strong, UV resistant, all-weather fabric which is double stitched with outdoor thread for extra durability. They are 25% lighter than standard vinyl covers, making them more practical and easier for handling.

Should I cover my Jacuzzi® swim spa in winter?
Using a cover will help keep your swim spa protected from dirt, debris, leaves, insects, branches, snow, ice and dirty rain in colder weathers. This will reduce cleaning time and also reduces water changes, whelping to save time and money. Having a cover will help to keep your swim spa insulated by retaining heat. To stop dirt building up over time on your cover, it is recommended to wipe the surface of the cover from time to time.
How long do Jacuzzi® covers last?
If covers are well maintained and taken care of, swim spa covers should last between three to four years. We recommend cleaning your swim spa with the Jacuzzi® Cover Cleaner Spray. Investing in a decent cover will mean that it needs replacing less often.
How do you clean Jacuzzi® swim spa covers?
We recommend cleaning your swim spa cover every 3 months or as often as needed with our Jacuzzi® Cover Cleaner Spray. Clean with a soft sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly.
Do you offer cover delivery and installation?
Due to this being a larger item, shipping usually takes between 48-96 hours. However, for covers currently on order with the supplier, delivery can be up to 12 weeks. If this is the case, it will be stated on the product description.

We offer Next Working Day Delivery as our standard service.

Standard Next Working Day Delivery - Orders Placed Before 3pm
• £8.99 for orders under £50, FREE next working delivery for orders over £50.
• SMS delivery notifications and tracking.
• Orders placed after 3pm Friday and before 3pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesdays.
48 - 96hr Delivery on Covers
• For larger items such as hot tub covers the shipping time will be between 48 and 96 hours.
• You will receive an SMS by 7pm the day before delivery and again upon departure of our delivery vehicle. This second SMS will also include a tracking link and expected arrival window.
• Hot tub & swim spa covers are 'delivery only' and do not
include fitting unless this service has been purchased.

When you order on Shop.Jacuzzi.co.uk, we provide you 60 days to return OR exchange your Jacuzzi® purchase(s) for ANY reason. Please note that your items must be unused, not partially or fully installed, and in a resalable condition to be returned.

How do I return an order?
Please follow the below process for any returns:
1. Complete the returns form that can be found within your delivery packaging, including a reason for your return.
2. Attach the prepaid postage label to send your item back for FREE.
3. Make sure the product is packaged as it arrived to you and items have not been opened or used.
4. Take your return package to the local collection point by following the stepson the prepaid returns label.
5. All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department.
6. Refunds should be processed no longer than 7 working days after we receive the item. A full refund will be applied to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.
What about my Statutory Rights?
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
