WHAT IS OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?
We’ve got you covered with our 60 day return or exchange policy.
You can start your return quickly and easily through our Online Returns Portal. You’ll receive a QR code to scan at your local drop-off point, or you can choose to print your return label at home.
To get started, you will need your Order Reference, which can be found in the Order History section of your account, and in your order confirmation email. You order reference starts with "#" (e.g. #1234).
Please securely package the item(s) and take your parcel to a nearby DPD drop-off point.
All returned items must be unused, not partially or fully installed, and in a resalable condition.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 working days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout. An £6 returns label fee may apply to change-of-mind or non-faulty returns. Returns for faulty or incorrect items are not subject to this charge.
Please note that Hot Tub Covers, Swim Spa Covers, and Kodiak™ Cold Plunge Pools cannot be returned via the online portal. To arrange a return, contact our customer care team here.
What about my Statutory Rights?
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
