SmartTub® for Jacuzzi Hot Tubs

  • Schedule hot tub soaks using Smart Heat Mode - Heat the water to be ready when you plan to use your hot tub. You will also receive an estimate of your energy savings when this feature is activated.  
  • Switch on Vacation Mode when you’re away – Will cool the water to a point where necessary filtration cycles still run, saving you up to 25% on standby heating 
  • Energy efficient hot tub ownership - Real time energy usage monitoring allows you to track off-peak and peak energy costs, check how many kWh your hot tub is using

    Cellular Technology

    The SmartTub® System incorporates the best technologies for connected products, leveraging the fact that hot tubs are located outdoors. Directly connect to local cell towers, we partner with major wireless carriers around the world to ensure stable networks with maximised performance without affecting your personal cellular plan.

    Compatibility & Delivery

    Please note: the SmartTub® upgrade is available for all Jacuzzi® Hot Tub Collections manufactured from 2018 onward. It is as standard for J-400™ collection hot tubs and an optional upgrade for J-300™ and J-400™ collections. 

    SmartTub® is available for all Jacuzzi® Swim Spa products. It is offered as standard with Jacuzzi® PowerPro and PowerActive and an optional upgrade for the PowerPlay Swim Spa. 

    Delivery: The kit is available for free courier delivery. Installation is available at an additional cost of £125 inc vat. If you require this service, please select "SmartTub® Upgrade Kit Installation Service" as your shipping method at Checkout and we will contact you to make the arrangements.     WHAT ARE OUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

    Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control, some orders may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery dates.

    We recognise that now, more than ever people want things fast, so we offer next-day delivery as our standard service.

    Standard Next Business Day Delivery - Orders Place Before 3pm

    • £5.99 for orders under £50, FREE delivery for orders over £50
    • SMS delivery notifications and tracking
    • Please note - orders placed after 3pm Friday and before 3pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesdays.

    48 - 96hr Delivery on Covers

    For larger items such as hot tub covers the shipping time will be between 48 and 96 hours. Customers will receive an SMS by 7pm the day prior to delivery and again on departure of our delivery vehicle. This second SMS will also include a tracking link and expected window of arrival.

    *Please note - covers are delivery only and do not include fitting.

    WHAT IS OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?

    We design our products to help people Feel Better™ so if they’re not exactly what you want or not working right for you, you can be relaxed in the knowledge, we’ve got you covered.

    When you order on Shop.Jacuzzi.co.uk, we provide you 60 days to return OR exchange your Jacuzzi® purchase(s) for ANY reason. Please note that your items must be unused, and not partially or fully installed to be returned.

    FAQ’s

    How do I return an order?

    Please follow the below process for any returns:

    1. Complete the returns form that can be found within your delivery packaging, including a reason for your return
    2. Attach the prepaid postage label to send your item back for FREE
    3. Make sure the product is packaged as it arrived to you and items have not been opened or used
    4. Take your return package to the local collection point by following the steps on the prepaid returns label.
    5. All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department
    6. Refunds should be processed no longer than 7 working days after we receive the item. A full refund will be applied to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item. 


    What about my Statutory Rights?

    Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
