How does chlorine function?
When you dissolve chlorine in hot tub water, it produces hypochlorous acid. This potent acid rapidly eliminates waterborne bacteria upon contact but gradually becomes less effective over time. Therefore, it's essential to regularly monitor the chemical levels in your hot tub or swim spa.
How do I determine the right amount of chlorine to use?
Aim to maintain a consistent chlorine level between 3 to 5mg/l. The frequency of adding chlorine depends on your usage patterns and bathing habits, whether it's a daily, bi-daily, or weekly routine. For every 1mg/l, add 2g per 1000 litres of water.
Pro Tip: 10ml is roughly equivalent to 10g.
*We highly recommend using test strips to evaluate sanitizer levels, pH levels, and Total Alkalinity (TA) for precise maintenance.

We offer Next Working Day Delivery as our standard service.

Standard Next Working Day Delivery - Orders Placed Before 3pm
• £8.99 for orders under £50, FREE next working delivery for orders over £50.
• SMS delivery notifications and tracking.
• Orders placed after 3pm Friday and before 3pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesdays.
48 - 96hr Delivery on Covers
• For larger items such as hot tub covers the shipping time will be between 48 and 96 hours.
• You will receive an SMS by 7pm the day before delivery and again upon departure of our delivery vehicle. This second SMS will also include a tracking link and expected arrival window.
• Hot tub & swim spa covers are 'delivery only' and do not
include fitting unless this service has been purchased.

When you order on Shop.Jacuzzi.co.uk, we provide you 60 days to return OR exchange your Jacuzzi® purchase(s) for ANY reason. Please note that your items must be unused, not partially or fully installed, and in a resalable condition to be returned.

How do I return an order?
Please follow the below process for any returns:
1. Complete the returns form that can be found within your delivery packaging, including a reason for your return.
2. Attach the prepaid postage label to send your item back for FREE.
3. Make sure the product is packaged as it arrived to you and items have not been opened or used.
4. Take your return package to the local collection point by following the stepson the prepaid returns label.
5. All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department.
6. Refunds should be processed no longer than 7 working days after we receive the item. A full refund will be applied to the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.
What about my Statutory Rights?
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
