Please take note: It is imperative to maintain a pH level ranging between 7.2 and 7.8 in your hot tub. Test your hot tub water's pH, and if it falls below 7.2, employ pH+ (Increaser) to elevate it.

What are the consequences of low pH in a hot tub?

A pH level of 7.2 or lower indicates overly acidic water, which can lead to skin irritation, eye discomfort, and reduced effectiveness of your sanitizer. High acidity can also result in costly damage to your hot tub components.

What are the effects of elevated pH levels in a hot tub?

A pH level of 7.8 or higher, similar to high alkalinity, can contribute to the accumulation of scale, excessive foam, and cloudy water.

How can I check the pH levels in my hot tub?

We recommend using dip test strips for assessing pH levels, total alkalinity, and sanitiser levels in your hot tub water. They offer a user-friendly approach, delivering swift and precise results, enabling you to make necessary chemical adjustments as needed.

What is the recommended waiting time after using a pH balancer in my hot tub?

We advise allowing a minimum of 2 hours to pass after applying the pH balancer before enjoying your hot tub. This ensures that the adjustments have properly taken effect.

Delivery

We offer Next Working Day Delivery as our standard service.

Standard Next Working Day Delivery - Orders Placed Before 3pm

•  £6.99 for orders under £75, FREE next working delivery for orders over £75 (excluding hot tub and swim spa covers).

•  SMS delivery notifications and tracking.

•  Orders placed after 3pm Friday and before 3pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesdays.

48 - 96hr Delivery on Covers

•  £75 standard delivery charge.

•  For larger items such as hot tub covers the shipping time will be between 48 and 96 hours.

•  You will receive an SMS by 7pm the day before delivery and again upon departure of our delivery vehicle. This second SMS will also include a tracking link and expected arrival window.

•  Hot tub & swim spa covers are 'delivery only' and do not
include fitting unless this service has been purchased.

Returns

WHAT IS OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?

We’ve got you covered with our 60 day return or exchange policy.

You can start your return quickly and easily through our Online Returns Portal. You’ll receive a QR code to scan at your local drop-off point, or you can choose to print your return label at home.

To get started, you will need your Order Reference, which can be found in the Order History section of your account, and in your order confirmation email. You order reference starts with "#" (e.g. #1234).

Please securely package the item(s) and take your parcel to a nearby DPD drop-off point.

All returned items must be unused, not partially or fully installed, and in a resalable condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 working days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout. An £6 returns label fee may apply to change-of-mind or non-faulty returns. Returns for faulty or incorrect items are not subject to this charge.
