A ProLast™ cover protects your Jacuzzi® hot tub for longer by protecting your hot tub against the elements. Over time, hot tub covers can become saturated with water making them more likely to tear or rips. This may affect its ability to retain heat. Covers are designed to help insulate your hot tub to retain as much heat as possible and also help your hot tub to warm up faster, using less energy, and saving money in the long run. 

We supply Jacuzzi® Hot Tub ProLast™ Covers - please check your hot tub model and the manufacturing date to ensure the cover is right for your hot tub. 

Jacuzzi® ProLast™ Covers are made from strong, UV resistant, all-weather fabric which is double stitched with outdoor thread for extra durability. They are 25% lighter than standard vinyl covers, making them more practical and easier for handling.

FAQs

Should I cover my Jacuzzi® hot tub in winter?

Using a cover will help keep your hot tub protected from dirt, debris, leaves, insects, branches, snow, ice and dirty rain in colder weathers. This will reduce cleaning time and also reduces water changes, whelping to save time and money. Having a cover will help to keep your hot tub insulated by retaining heat. To stop dirt building up over time on your cover, it is recommended to wipe the surface of the cover from time to time. 

How long do Jacuzzi® covers last?

If covers are well maintained and taken care of, hot tub covers should last between three to four years. we recommend cloning your hot tub with the Jacuzzi® Cover Cleaner Spray. Investing in a decent cover will mean that it needs replacing less often. 

How do you clean Jacuzzi® hot tub covers?

We recommend cleaning your tub cover every 3 months or as often as needed with our Jacuzzi® Cover Cleaner Spray. Clean with a soft sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly.  

Do you offer cover delivery and installation? 

Due to this being a larger item, shipping usually takes between 48-96 hours. However, for covers currently on order with the supplier, delivery can be up to 12 weeks. If this is the case, it will be stated in the product description.

We currently offer the following delivery and installation options: 

  • Standard Delivery: £50
    Covers are available for courier delivery to your front door in mainland UK locations.

  • Cover Assistance Service: Delivery and Installation: £200
    Select this service as your shipping method at checkout if you want your new cover delivered and fitted into your hot tub.

  • Cover Assistance Service: Delivery, Custom Installation, and Disposal: £295
    Select this service as your shipping method at checkout if you would like your new cover to be delivered and custom fitted onto your hot tub – which includes repositioning the cover clips by filling and re-drilling bracket holes if required – and disposal of your old cover.

Please note: If you purchase a Cover Lifter on the same order as your Cover and you purchase a Cover Assistance Service, then the installation of your Cover Lifter is included in the cost, and you do not need to purchase the Cover Lifter installation service.

Your ProLast™ cover also comes with 3 years workmanship and defect manufacturer warranty.

    Delivery

    We offer Next Working Day Delivery as our standard service.

    Standard Next Working Day Delivery - Orders Placed Before 3pm

    •  £6.99 for orders under £75, FREE next working delivery for orders over £75 (excluding hot tub and swim spa covers).

    •  SMS delivery notifications and tracking.

    •  Orders placed after 3pm Friday and before 3pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesdays.

    48 - 96hr Delivery on Covers

    •  £75 standard delivery charge.

    •  For larger items such as hot tub covers the shipping time will be between 48 and 96 hours.

    •  You will receive an SMS by 7pm the day before delivery and again upon departure of our delivery vehicle. This second SMS will also include a tracking link and expected arrival window.

    •  Hot tub & swim spa covers are 'delivery only' and do not
    include fitting unless this service has been purchased.

    •  Due to circumstances beyond our control, some orders may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery dates.

    Returns

    WHAT IS OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?

    We’ve got you covered with our 60 day return or exchange policy.

    You can start your return quickly and easily through our Online Returns Portal. You’ll receive a QR code to scan at your local drop-off point, or you can choose to print your return label at home.

    To get started, you will need your Order Reference, which can be found in the Order History section of your account, and in your order confirmation email. You order reference starts with "#" (e.g. #1234).

    Please securely package the item(s) and take your parcel to a nearby DPD drop-off point.

    All returned items must be unused, not partially or fully installed, and in a resalable condition.

    Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 working days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout. An £6 returns label fee may apply to change-of-mind or non-faulty returns. Returns for faulty or incorrect items are not subject to this charge.
